The best way to retain comfort when lowering is to go for a good quality matched springs & shocks kit.

Afternoon,
Did you have a budget in mind when you say cheap?
Damian @ DPM Performance

iv got the adjustable mate, just don't know whats best to have them.
Trial and error to see what you like the feel of best I'd say, as mentioned start in the middle and work from there.

Also may be hard for you to explain but what setting have you set for damping? For best ride?
The AP coilovers are now only available in height adjustable with fixed damping.

If you're looking for budget then the FK AK Street kit will get you lower then the JOM kit.

If you're not wanting to spend too much we have the JOM, FK AK Street and Prosport kits available - http://www.dpmperformance.co.uk/car-parts/volkswagen/lupo/buy/coilovers

You could change just the springs but I'd say with that mileage you'd be better off going for a complete kit which would give you a better ride quality and last longer.
Damian @ DPM Performance -
How many miles have your current shocks covered?
Damian @ DPM Performance
-
It's ourselves who are selling that kit and yes they'll fit
Damian @ DPM Performance
-
As Silver says the KW V1 are more then good enough for everyday road use.
Damian @ DPM Performance -
No the 6N2 kit won't fit the Lupo.
Damian @ DPM Performance -
As above, the JOM or FK AK Street kit is going to be your best option within your budget then.
Damian @ DPM Performance -
I say always get the best your budget allows.
Did you have a price in mind for what you wanted to spend?
Damian @ DPM Performance -
As mentioned I'd go for coilovers.
If I can be any help with info or prices just let me know.
Damian @ DPM Performance -
As mentioned coilovers may be a better option for you and not much more then a set of springs.

Round about £200-300 mate first car so dont want to spend alot
Something like the JOM or FK AK Street kits are going to be your best options for within your budget.
