Thanks, yeah I was pretty mad, walking up to my car seeing how much it had been shunted... Waaaaa people have lost their mind, I'd be so apologetic aha. I know how I'd be if someone did that to me.Gutted about the dent man! bet you were fuming.
Some woman in a brand new fiesta parked next to me in a supermarket car park and her passenger just flew her door open on my drivers side..
i was like ..the fuuuu..!! She just looked at me, clueless!!
Just preparing myself for many idiots to not care about other peoples cars.

Yeahh passed in February, just gotta get all this insurance crap sorted to get my car repaired. :/ It's got a boo boo. So I put a plaster on it for now.

Hopefully they all go in nicely, what's the torque you used for the bolts when you make them back up? -
Soooo I'm sending the rest of the splits to be powdercoated tomorrow, and I appear to have lost a single bolt from the splits!
Anyone have any idea where I can get one. Dad told me I would loose one too... 
Btw I've checked ebay and forums I can't find one, I only need 1. But as lower quantity as I can find would be cool too. -
Low's are going on when I've got all the alloys done. This was a sample and it has a few gas bubbles so he's respraying and doing the other three Monday. Ordering my coilovers Thursday when I get paid.
So once it's all ready I should be able to convince my dad my birthday should come earlier. 
Just ordered today some pressed plates, plate LED's, White interior LED and a shark fin aerial. Dunno where I got the idea.
Plus I snipped my standard one and even though I have my ipod, it's annoying having static come through everytime I start the car aha.
Undecided to go with a new set of VW centre caps or get some BBS ones. hmmmm.

Hey guys, got some bad and good news. Well last Monday my friends next door neighbor hit my car... He came around and told me so I couldn't be
with him really. :/ It's getting sorted though just puts things back a bit. I also have picked up a few more things as well as one of my spilts has been done. I am in love with the outcome. Just got to send the 4 back to be sprayed. Update:

Update, Had the windows done yesterday. Very pleased with how it came out.
Sent one of the splits in for powder coating yesterday too, only one for the colour. £25 a split isn't too bad. Should get it back mid-week and put one together I'll get a pic of that up soon as. Today got one of the alloys and started restoring the polish lip for the split coming back. All coming together now, just need to order a few more things.

Another think is centre caps. I want BBS carbon effect ones but I've been trawling through the internet and can't find a set anywhere!
Anyone know where I can pick some up? I know they'll be a tad expensive for caps but oh well. -
Yeah I've seen that apparently, you have to have the washers fitted too for it to pass MOT. I know of one person who has done it on here but don't know about the washers part. If anyone has any information on this like pricing or if there's a how to, point me in the right direction.
The £150 price tag seems bearable it's just how much making them legal is going to cost. And getting them blacked apparently you can't just split them normally is this right? -

Hey quick update of pictures and what I want doing. Bit of advice needed too.
So picked up my alloys last Saturday, they need re-furb but expected that when I decided on the rims. Re-spray and they're sorta my 18th Birthday present too so my dad won't let me have them on till they're done and for my birthday. I'm not going to drop it until it's time for wheels I don't see any point and I can wait it's only a month. I've got my car booked in for the windows tinted on saturday, back 3 blacked out.
Just need to get;
Lupo taken off,
black the badges,
wind deflectors,
few stickers,
stubby aerial
and smoked headlights. This is the part I need the advice about, I have the standard 1.0 headlights but I wanted Xenon's. After researching I found that only way you can have them is them being 'illegal' is there anyway I can get the look without the dazzling headlights? Also if I were to keep the standards I want them smoked, this will either be over job and spraying the inners black (which I'm a bit unsure on) or getting the Lamin-x slightly tinted and put that over it.

Yeah I'll get some pics up tonight of what I've got and want doing, can't get wheels on till July for birthday, but I can't complain. They need refurb, polishing and a spray. It's gonna be slammed next week on my suzuka's. Then get odd bits done till wheels. I think I'm going 45 on tire sizing, I don't know yet gonna cross that bridge when I get to it. Need to pick them up yet.

Hey, I've been signed up since November when I first bought the car. Passed my test in feb and have been on the roads since. I've got a fresco green 1.0se. Got at 15,500 miles. Got about 19,500 now. I love it.
Had the rub strips off a few weeks ago it looks smooth. Just won a set of Polo gti BBS split. Going to have them restored and have the polished lip with an anthracite centre. Ordered some JOM coilovers from Venom. I didn't want to spend £300+ for a decent set and went for budgets. I'll get some pictures up tomorrow! Excited. -
Nice looking loop man, literally exactly same as mine. I got mine with 16.5k on the clock at £2,400. I had a couple of problems with stereo as well. They're funny in these. So I just stuck an alpine in it with iPod cable and hands free for phone. I'm tied between sub and 6x9's. Want some speakers in the back and a stubby antenna. Where did you get yours from? As for silencers does it make a real difference? Couple of my mates have done it, straight pipe and silencers off. Considering it now.

A raven blue Gti with blue bbs in Morrisons in Mansfield all the time. Just saw a black lupo with red bbs slammed in spot on car park too. Looked nice.

Update: Well I get my car back this Friday. Friday the 13th...
So hopefully I get it back in one piece, nice and repaired. My Rx's are nearly done, just need re-tiring and making back up. Coilovers are being ordered now in time for when it gets back. 
So looking forward to this weekend.
