  1. I have OE bars and had surf boards on the Lupo no problem.

    2004 GTI 90K

New belts , water pump and brake discs being fitted as we speak.

    A/C service

6 months tax and 12 month MOT. Probably the best around for sale.

PM me if interested. I will include the bars in the sale and Polo GTi polished split rims.

Now on PH with Kelpies behind.

  2. Not all red but lupo, 964 RS and CLA AMG are red and look the best.

968CS is maritime blue which really suits the car.

CC is white as no cost option on car list!

You'll not be disappointed with GTI. I have had stealers after it but it will only leave if it is going to a good home.

I may store it for a few years and see how prices go. It worked on the RS.

  3. You'd do well to find one as nice as my wife's car. 89K for 9 years is less than 10K miles per year.

Serviced every 10 k without fail and motorway miles in 6 gear as only used for her commute to work.

Custom stainless exhaust Cat back to original rear box(70K). New rear shocks(75K), Car is standard bar the upgraded wiper on the rear.

All brakes done at last full service 75K. 85K synta gold oil change.

I am tempted to store it away if it does not sell and bring it out in 5 years time when the price will have risen IMO.

I can give you the full service history from new and all parts changed.

Funny you say there are no nice cars for sale? This one certainly is.

  4. If anyone is looking for a very rare tornado red Gti that is totally original I will be advertising the one in my Avatar shortly.

I bought it from Emma Page on here for my wife so 2 lady owners! 04 plate.

Red check interior with A/C. Cool.

CLA AMG gets delivered early Sept.

  5. OK got to the bottom of this. Spoke to National Windscreens. They only fit pattern parts and have only one no. for the Lupo. they do not use VW supplied screens due to age of the car you get pattern.

Phoned Elephant handler to get authorisation for VW supplied screen ( £145 versus £135 for standard Lupo). They needed quote from National not the VW price.

OK'd fitment today. Only 1 VW screen available in UK for GTI so hope they bought it! So you need to ask not assume you'll get the gti part.

  6. Nice job :)

Not really! He had to wear that bloody helmet all day and they fed him in a shed with just a slot for the tray!

    Pay was crap too!

Veryon was good in a straight line he said!

Tyres good for 240mph. Car does 260mph. Tyres will blister but the petrol will run out before they blowout.

Don't fancy test pilot job to work that one out!

  7. My mate was driving it! Seriously, no joke. He is a top race driver and it cost TG £20K for a new set of tyres on this shoot.

I'll ask him about the panel damage and see what I can find out.

It was filmed a while ago as he told me about it at Spa this year.

  8. His name is Asif but he has no registered address on Paypal.

The first stuff I got was fine as agreed. Well packed and OK price.

Broken CD was only problem I had and he has said if he get another he will let me know................

Wonder how long it will be?

  9. Paz sold me a knackered CD player. Has said he would look out for another but has not refunded my cash. Beware do not send cash as gift via Paypal.

If you do you cannot raise a dispute. I have flagged up to mods this issue.

  10. Yep. Part#= 6E0863466N. Listed as insert for luggage comp. floor, GTI on vagcat.

Took about two weeks to arrive as was on backorder.

From memory, cost was between 20-25 quid, so an expensive bit of foam really.

I sourced all tools, compressor, gel, retaining band etc from ebay quite easily and obviously a LOT cheaper than the dealer.

thanks sorted. £24 from germany. Tools and compressor from the bay.

Just need the retaining band then.
