  1. My Lupo is now for sale....

Fantasia Green 1.4S manual with 71k

Two previous owners, but only one really as the second owner only had it a month before I bought it.

I have owned this car since february and it honestly has been one of the most reliable, fun, admired cars I've ever owned. I'm only selling this as I needed a bigger car since meeting my girlfriend (she has two teenagers and I have one!)

It gets admired and commented on wherever I go and I think its the best colour for one of these fun vdubs.

The MOT is until july next year, and passed with no issues at all (once they got it on the ramps!)

Tax is until the end of december this year

It's had a lot of money spent on it in the last twelve months such as...

Full Service and all important cam belt change 330 quid,

New drivers lock set (common fault) from VW 150 quid,

    4 new tyres 210 quid,

coil over suspension (including new bushes) 240 quid,

setting up of suspension 35 quid

The car runs great and returns 51 to the gallon on average, I have all the original suspension also but it isn't really a problem unless you live on a farm! The interior lower plastics have been painted in contrasting lilac as I based this car on my old beetle back in the early nineties. The seats are not ripped. Bodyworks in excellent condition with no rust issues. No gearbox issues either on this car.

I will get some more pics up at the weekend as I'm working dark til dark at the moment lol.

This car has no problems and is ready to enjoy...I think 1500 quid ono

I'm in Leamington Spa, near Coventry (M6,M69,M45,M40)Photo0247.jpgPhoto0249.jpgPhoto0250.jpgPhoto0252.jpgPhoto0253.jpgPhoto0254.jpg

  2. Hi guys, thought I'd say hello...here's my story lol..

Due to circumstances changing had to change to a small small car, looked at the usual bland crap festa, corsa, etc..none of these even midly appealed having always been 'unconventional' in my choice of cars. So, i remember seeing a picture of a pastel lupo a couple of years back, slammed to the max...voila new car choice. Now I own a fantasia green 1.4s :) Had to be this colour (or a yella one) cos to me its so different and cool without having a respray! No pics cos its standard, but give me a little time, nothing more than smoothing, slamming and colour coding and I'll be happy.

Had it a week and thanks to this site I've made a parcel shelf, de-wipered the rear, fixed the busted heater bulb, changed the stereo with ease and tightened the bonnet release so all is cool. I live near Cov so if you see a puke green lupo it'll probably be me! (theres not many round here!)
