I have just bought a vw lupo sport. I want to put an all singing all dancing multimedia unit in there on the cheap. I am not really worried about having amazing SQ, as i will just be using it with a kicker 120.2 amp and some decent front speakers. I spotted this on ebay..... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Double-DIN-6-5-Touch...1QQcmdZViewItem and was wondering if anyone has ever seen one in action? obviously i understand that for £400 there has to be limitations on the quality of the unit, but i really don't wanna throw £400 down the toilet and buy a unit that is complete and utter *****. basically what i'm asking is would i be happy with this unit as a replacement for the standard vw unit just to provide me with multimedia functions in the car as long as i don't expect too much from it? I know they have an office in west london, so i might give themn a call on monday and see if they have one on demo at their office. thanks in advance, Adam K

sadly i now have to wait till during the week so my dad can sort out the money for it as it is coming from a business account so nothing can be done till monday.

by the way people, i am going from a saxo (boo hiss) vts, to this lupo sport. vts is all but falling to bits now at 75k miles. i am a uni student so i figure having the cheaper insurance and better fuel consumption will be a bonus. pity it's a bit slower, but hey it's winter now anyway and i'd rather have the heated leather seats style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
