  2. Recently put these on my car.

While the front is now low (around 85mm), the back doesnt seem to have changed much.

Pretty sure that they're set as low as they can go (75mm) but they just wont seem to settle - one side lower than the other too.

I understand that they're budget coilies, but still!

Anyone else had problems with them?

  3. After being a member on Club Lupo for a year and a half now I have never said a word - just looked.

I bought my Lupo almost exactly 2 years ago with around 60k on the clock.

Modding it had always been something that I'd thought about, but were soon forgot about when I realised quite how expensive it would be.

A year and a half went past, and my lupo was still bog standard - apart from a wee ariel which I'd put on.

Finally the day came when I had a spurt of enthusiasm and motivation, and then the obsession begun...

Firstly both front and badges were painted black, along with my "sweet ass" Ripspeed ariel and a bonnet bra from autobra was purchased.

I then ordered some JOM blueline coilovers from Venom motorsports. After waiting nearly 2 months for them to arrive (estimated delivery time 2-3 weeks), I gave up and cancelled the order and went in search for different budget coilies.

I then purchased vinyl black squares from ebay and very carefully stuck them to the roof of my car.

Many hours later it came out like this (good, but not perfect):

So I drove around like this for a while, but my car felt silly. It needed to be lowered.

Christmas soon approached and I gave venom another chance. A month and a bit later my JOM Blueline coilovers arrived! :)

My car went into the gargage and on went my coilovers :

And although I loved my mudflaps they had to go (thanks to my lovely boyf)..the scraping noise wasnt great:

I love how my car looks now, it's now just trying to decide on what wheels, as I'm well aware, my vipers arent particularly cool..

    Possibilities include :- Rota Flashbacks

    ATS classics

    G60s

    Ronal Turbos

    BBS RAs

Hope ya'll like my wee Rodrigo.
