lower pulley ground back tooth align with the mark on the flange then the valve timing is correct found this any pointers on where this flange is ?? thanks

Morning all Was wondering if anyone was able to hel?p changed my cambelt yesterday, mine had no markings on the top or bottom, so i marked it up myself and proceeded to changed the belt. engine hand cranks over fine, but refuses to start any ideas?? best way to find TDC? little 1.0 mpi engine any help would be great thanks bill
