Hey Jase! Your old motor is headed to England shire with a more standard look. Can't say I agree with ya about your Fabia. After fixing the boost leaks etc the Fabia was blowing mark 1 S3's mark IV R32's etc out of the water in straight line speed. As for cornering it's not as great now with the standard suspension but with the V1's and the setup it was running it was as stiff as Hefner's pole after two doses of Viagra through the windies. I'm going from a fabia back to a lupo GTI because I love the look of them especially dropped on moderlines! (my plan).

Want a Lupo GTI as have had one before, went to a Fabia VRS and now want a Lupo GTI back. Have cash waiting and will be back from holiday on the 31st of September so will be available to look/buy at that point. PM me if you have anything in mind. Chris

Replacement 323mm disc and pads. Have the Brembo GT kit 323mm from a Seat Leon Curpa R and both pads and disc on the left hand side front are completely worn now. If anyone has any surplus to requirment let me know. Cash waiting. If anyone has good advice on where to get these reliably also (do see there are heaps online) that would be great. Thanks guys

PM'd I agree with you Jase I have never really got money back from mods on a car either. But this car is most definitely show standard and the mods are not average thus this car is no longer an average GTI. I think a car is worth what its able to fetch and I reckon this car could fetch this. Im a member on eastside VW and Colin (Bluloop) from there also on here managed to sell his without breaking for a lot more than a normal GTI.

Swap for a Fabia VRS?

It's me that had it on piston heads it's still there. Had HEAPS of interest but then hit a pothole going snowboarding so had to turn folk away while I got new radiator strut top mount KW dampner alloy refurb and new tyre fitted. Cost me a fortune haha! Jase I'm not kiddin I love the car was gonna try keep it and run a shabby polo to work or somin but cnt insure two cars. Just not practical. Spent over 500 on it over last couple of months.

Is it your old one haha? Wasn't sure if it was you since your names would be diferent on other forums. If it is then you'll know its a decent car. Few bits n bobs sorted on it recently also. Fine mechanical shape its in!
