They've received universally negative reviews apart from the one person who claims the device works be testing your battery and advising you when to get a new one, resulting in the claims it makes.From that description I'd guess it's a volt meter which shocks me. There's guys on eBay selling 12v air conditioners "as good as OEM air con without the weight"....errr, no it isn't.
