Karl_Mac_
Sorry in advance!I have some Lupo sport alloys with a small 40mm drop, what would be the best size? I think the wheels have 185/50s on at the moment, will these rub?Not look for mad stretch as the car wont be low enough for it to look good, if anything I want a flat or slightly bulged sidewall. mattarosa
Im currently sat on 185/55 kumho tyres on the front. They give a pretty flat sidewall.I imagine 185/50s wouldn't rub at 40mm drop.
benjiii
I had a 60/40 drop with 185/65/14 tyres and never scrubbed, im now on coilovers with the same tyres and still no rub.
T3LLIOTT
At a 40mm drop they shouldn't rub, so tyre size would be personal preference.

T3LLIOTT
im on a 60/40 drop running 185/55/14, and i scrub all the time Really?! When I had 195/55/15 and was ~50mm lower on the front and ~40mm on the rear, I had no problems, even with the slightly bulged tyres!
