Well coilies are more versatile but will cost more. The basic height adjustable coilies may satisfy your needs though and they aren't seriously expensive. The lower you go, the firmer the ride. The choice is yours.

with springs you are going to drop by between 30-40mm depending on which manufacturer you go for. A set of 40mm apex springs would set you back £82 through us.

If this is not going to be low enough for your taste then I would go for a set of coilovers. We have budget options starting at £170 from the likes of TA-Technix. More expensive coilovers from the likes of AP, KW will give a better ride but ultimately your budget will be the deciding factor
