LUpo_bOy
Does anybody know how to get rid of the indentation where the vw emblem is on the boot?
Silver!
Just polish it and it will come out. ...or you could take it to a bodyshop and get them to cut it out and put a plate in.Please do not use filler!
LUpo_bOy
Will the plate cost much? Or is it a cheap fix?

Skezza
To be honest, if you wanted to do it with filler you might as well do it yourself. Fillers cheap, and easy to use. I'm not a big fan of 'smooooooooooooving' but if I was going to take it to a bodyshop, I'd expect a plate welded in properly.
rob_pandy
early arosa bootlid has the same handle but no recess, the other difference is the galss goes to the edge of the tailgate but more than likley need to be painted so not a cheap fix but better than filler
