midge
Hello, i have a Lupo sdi, the egr valve vacuum wasn't connected when i bought it, i have since connected the vacuum up but the car 'appears' to be getting bad fuel economy and since the EGR valve is something that normally clogs up and break anyway i plan on blanking it off.On ebay you can buy this blanking plate - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EGR-Valve-Blanking-Block-Off-Plate-VW-AUDI-SKODA-SEAT-1-7-1-9-2-0-SDI-/321181623003?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4ac7eaa2dbAm i correct in thinking you unbolt the egr valve and then fit this inbetween the egr valve and where it bolts to? so you keep the EGR valve bolted on but with this blanking plate there to?
