I didn't like how the parking lights are in Lupos rear light, so since the lights are now all red, I moved them in the center. Now the blinker is where the fog lights used to be (fog light disabled).

Also color coded rear Sharan badge.

Waiting for 20mm spacers for the rears, 25mm poke too much.

where did you get this from?

Here is an easy and cheap fix for noisy window regulators. Whenever I closed the doors while windows were down there was a nasty rattle. Turned out the plastic sliders were worn out and loose.

Replaced those and greased the guides and its all good and silent.

Nice work fella - interested to see how you get on with the Brembo Max discs, was thinking of them myself to run with my Brembo calipers -thats if I can get them to fit under my rims

Is that a Dreadnaught gear knob on a short shifter?

Thank you. So far no complains with the discs. The gear knob is a one-off from CDIY. Made out of recycled skateboards.

The brakes are starting to feel all ok after a few times of bleeding. There is still some air in the system I believe but the brakes bite a lot higher now than from where I started. A bigger master cylinder wouldn't be a bad idea.
