Turbo lupo ??

Turbo

Intercooler

Oil cooler

Uprated internals

Intake

Exhaust manifold

Fuel pump

Wiring loom and ECU

In the lupo, even running modest boost i would expect you'll need a limited slip diff

Uprated suspension

Bigger brakes

Plumbing

This is to mention all the ancilarries you'll find out you need (such as radiator etc...)

This is why most people go for the 1.8 20vT conversion.

JBS do a drive in/drive out option for £8k.

Only looking for a point in the right direction

the right direction would be this i suppose, just have a read or message the company asking whats there if you dont know what is there.

U guys are hardcore ^^ that Mighty Car Mods episode was fricking great though !

@Lupodeano: Stay calm, search the forums a bit, also look around the Members' Cars section, there's several turbo'd or swapped Lupos around. Also if your guy is dandimite, then why not involve him from the beginning even as you're just looking for info or parts ? ;) I am the shittiest mechanic on earth, so before each modification, I read up on them and consult my buddy Tom, who's my mechanic. No fault to report yet.

And don't forget to post up a thread if you're going for it :D

Just a tad of info, dynamo man should order the parts himself if he's a mechanic? Because if it all goes tits up and the engine goes pop, you've got something to fall back on, if you understand?

Oh and manners, it's a friendly forum, try keep it like that.

...an answer thats as pointless as your question...

what level are you taking it too?

brakes to accomodate the power... probably not.

suspension.... probably not

these are just 2 corners you will most likely cut so its probably safest if you buy a nova.

Whilst I enjoy a bit of banter and maybe even bondage with an unwilling partner, I am asking that you put your keyboards back in their holsters.

Now sit on the playmat and make friends.

Come to think of it, it might be easier/cheaper to swap for a G40 motor, bin the supercharger and turbo that instead.

Or buy one of them turbo whistle intake things off ebay.

Or buy a Starlet. Or something small and turbo charged to start with.
