Dropped the Lupo off at AC Cartech to have a few things done. They had their Impreza rally car out in preperation for last weeks North West Stages rally in Blackpool, so it was rude to not take a few pics....

^Our House of Logos sponsor decals got a battering on the test run!

Yeah it really is! Lots of custom fabricated parts, it really has a huge spec. It's restricted to ~260bhp, as its fitted with a turbo restrictor pipe for competitions. Without that, they reckon it would easily make 350-400bhp. I'll try and grab a photo of the engine next time I'm there!

Managed to fit this... (Ignore the seats, was washing them!)

And treated the old girl to a nice clean. Scrubs up well for 16!

Took the Mazda for a drive through Snakes pass. Some lovely roads and scenery.

Nothing really happening here, Lupo's took a back seat in terms of mods/updates since the Mazda arrived, but I did attend this at the weekend...

It was incredible.

So the V-Spec MX5 is now for sale (someone buy it please ) and has been replaced by this beaut...

Specs on the Mazda are:

- Recent respray in factory colour

- New engine and geabox

- 15" Rota wheels refurbed in chrome with TOYO Proxies

- Gaz Coilovers

- Race manifold with straight through exhaust

- Chrome style bar

- Nardi Personal leather steering wheel

- Better seats

- Soft top with glass window and leather cover (when it's down)

- New brake discs and calipers with Mintex race pads

- Polished engine cover and colour coded

- Power steering removed

- Clear lights and indicators

- Stubby aerial

Probably missed a few other bits, but that's how it stands for now!

Nothing really happened on the Lupo front recently. Gave the old girl a clean over the weekend after neglecting her a bit and she still scrubs up well. Thinking about putting the bronze Stuttgart ST7's on the Lupo that I've taken off the old Mazda which has now been sold. It'll take a little work to get 8J ET25 under the arches, but shouldn't be too much trouble. I must say I do love the Centra's that are on now, so unique!

Also I went to Edition 38 over the weekend in the MX5 (as you do when you have a Lupo on the drive haha) and took some pictures at a nearby lake!
