sharpelupo
Philplop ran spacers and adapters with his Porsche rims.is it not abit unsafe to run both? be safer to just get larger adaptors?
Silver!
We done some epic road trips when he was running them and as far as I am aware he never had any issues....but yes, larger adaptors would be preferable.

sharpelupo
so a little up date since the last post:got 40mm adaptors for the rear (H&R)dosnt look too bad for nowalso got some stretch for the rear now running 165/45/16 on 7j wheels, but currently looking for the 8j rears but no one seems to be selling them separatethat was all ready for players classic just a shame the car didn't get in the show and shine area and was stuck out at the show paddock area someone got a good picture of the gti thoplayers classic was pretty good first time I went there managed to catch the rs4 as it was on its side, but was too busy focusing on midnight garages golf mk5:and here are the rest of the pictures iv taken in the mean time.Gave the gti a good mop over spent a good 12hours doing everything didn't turn out so bad really in my opinion that's about it for now im looking at getting air ride at the end of the year nothing too fancy just a 4way manual system, going to get the guys over in carstudio to do the install, hope you guys have like the pictures so far will put more up soon
