coopersim
Keeping the stock look, I've spent the day cleaning, claying and polishing! Fitted the pollen filter, painted the brakes, cleaned ten years of dirt off the inside of the arches, front and backs of the wheels, rear bumper has been off and cleaned behind the lights etc, fitted new clips in the tailgate interior trim, touched up the odd bit of rust, repaired the sills where someone jacked it, Finished it off with collentite 476sAll done, I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the paint work for a ten year old car! coopersim
Cambelt has been changed, was in a bit of a state - original belt!Given it a good clean:Found that the spare wheel has never been on! Not sure why but the open boot wiring had been removed or never plugged in, ordered a few bits from VW to replace broken clips and broken engine cover bungs and a touch up pen for the few blemishes. danoid
Lovely looking car and not chavved within an inch of its life, like quite a few on here Lowering is about as much as I'd do, but wouldn't life be boring if we all had the same likes and dislikes
