Take the adjuster cups out. Leave the threaded bases in for spring security. Or if you're desperate for the tiny bit extra, take them out too and tie wrap the springs in.

Most people run with nothing with no problems. Suggesting the tie wraps was an extra precaution to help prevent the springs becoming unseated.

And I like tie wraps.

I kept removed the rings but kept the bases in mine, no tie wraps in sight.

cups out, cut bump stops (to get a little lower without knocking) or remove them (will get alot of knocking tho), think FK silverline spring (correct me if wrong) or corsa spring go really low, if you swap them
