JoeA
Would work in projector style headlights, i wouldn't bother on std lupo lights though. Would look like fairy lights.
Skezza
Says not to be used as headlight in the listing thoNo, the side light one does, the one with a load more LED's says can be used as headlight.

matt123roll
I'll save you the hassle and just tell you they have a shocking light output and be terrible.
JoeA
If its a nice white colour you want, go for phillips diamond vision H4 (note, these aren't technically road legal either, but i've never had any issues.) If its power, osram nightbreakers.
Skezza
I'll save you the hassle and just tell you they have a shocking light output and be terrible.Ahh fair enough. I'll save myself the bother then. Replacement bulbs from the rear can be got in LED, and I've seen them, they look quite good, but with front lights being such a pig to change, LED's sounded perfect. I might give them a miss then.To be honest Joe, it was neither colour nor brightness, it was longevity, LED's can last for ages. However I might go for the Philips blue ones as they're quite fashionable too.
JoeA
Yeah go for diamond vision, they are bluey white, if you go for the actual blue ones, the fuzz will have you.

I think this thread should be written off to be honest, I certainly don't want anyone to buy those LED bulbs I linked up there. After I did a bit of research and read up on a bit, I realized you will never get them through an MOT, and also, I imagine they are dangerously dark. They give out a maximum of 450 Lumens and according to my mate who works at a test centre, a standard Lupo with standard headlights will fail it's MOT if it isn't giving out a minimum of 1000 Lumens.Although I assume they don't measure it, just do it by visual. So yep, **** that.
