Hi mate,

Love your build just read it all through.

Out of interest, forgetting about having everything powdercoated. How much did the conversion cost you all together seeing as you done a lot of the work yourself?

Would love to do it to my lupo once I'm ready to get a new car, keep the lupo and do the conversion on it.

Just interested in roughly how much it set you back?

Cheers

Cheers mate I'm not sure what it's cost everything new or powdered coated. All bolts/ valves etc new from vw prob looking around 6.5k finished but that's with buying the car , would of cost a bomb paying someone to do it all .

Shafts I made first set then had another set copied and balance properly

Cheers mate

I didn't drive the car with any other pump as last time I drove it was 12months ago as a 1.0.

I don't have a link I just got it from jrc which is part of demo tweaks .

Bit more work now I have my car back from psi after it going back but that another story .

Started the interior which is scirocco interior from 2012 one , the rears are now in but coming back out to get the foam built up a bit in the middle as the bench is narrower . The fronts are pretty straight forward once it got some steel knocked up and had new subframes using part Lupo and part golf , these are now being powder coated .

Next thing is what steering wheel to go for any ideas guys

Had bit bad news in work that means I may have to sell my pride which I'd rather not as not even had her out to any events. I have a family to support and there my priority now , car doesn't really need much Alls I was going to do is paint bumpers and tracking doing .

If anyone interested pm me cheers guys
