my lupo 20v turbo conversion

Iv painted up the hand brake mech today so can finish axle tomorrow . Think iv forgot how the mech goes back together so anyone any pics please send them over cheers

Fe more little jobs been done , manifold fitted changed the oil (millers 5w 40). Brakes and clutch all connected up now new bleed nipples here used ap racing prf660 fluid. Power steering fluid come to

they are loud but i wanted it to be little different to everyone else car think its guna look cool fingers crossed a some pictures off the hubs being built up

Well bit more of a update

Fitted master cylinder etc today now just waiting on braided lines to come. Will have spare set of lupo gti front lines if anyone intrested.

Also fitted the rear axle and painted engine bay and put loom back i well started to, still trying to remember where things go us .

Having trouble with cv joints inners when i tighten them they hit the hub is there two types i have polo gti hubs cheers guys just trying to sort shafts now

Front pannel back on now with new radiator and slim line fan , small bit of cutting had to be done around the manifold and throttle body .

Few little up dates got brakes now.

had shop around alittle to find rear lines 3 sets later and bit of fresh copper job done.

Used ap racing prf660 fluid apex front lines corrado g60 red stuff pads and grooved discs

Rears goodridge mk4/mk2 golf caliper hoses and lupo gti flexis on axle to car, little bit of copeers between.

Millers oil and vw filter

Just need to sort new coolant fluid and power steering fluid out .

New radiator and slim fan fitted , put bit of water in today and it started first time few jobs left before running tho.

Anew addition has popped along to help now and hopefully speed things up

bit of a up date car going for custom exhaust tomorrow and intercooler and pipe work ordered .

anyone recommend a good mapper for these conversions

Get it do e just buy a golf pick them up for next to nothing now mounts are simple just get wiring and shafts made up
