On other news, bought a BMC CDA air intake which im picking up this weekend.

I'll update my thread once its installed onto the car this weekend.

Looks tidy

Sort that camber out though :P

That camber is needed up front so i can turn as its basically sat on rim...

Attempted at fitting my manifold this afternoon.

only to find i bought the wrong one... DOH! Bought AUD block instead of AUB (100bhp)

my mistake completly - either way im gonna try and sell it and get the correct one.

(teach me to rush into a sell on ebay)... however, fitted my BMC CDA and it sounds amazeballz.

Have you got any pictures of the bmc fitted mate, thinking of getting one just wondered where to run the pipe from the otherside? For cold air feed? And have you got a catch tank or a filter? Cars looking good aswell, loved your old lupo!

loving the false floor, how did you secure it to the car?

When you take out the rear bench theres kind of a slot which i perched the wood inbetween.

doesnt move...rigid as a rock!!

Looks nice that mate, I keep meaning to do summat like that!

Cheers dude, trying to keep it subtle

Its looking good . Remember seeing your polo at edition, as a previous polo owner also at the time I was very jealous haha!

I'm going to be doing the "false" floor in mine soon I hope. Also where did you get the fabric from?

Jealous? the arches were battered!! lol

Its pretty easy mate... just work logically and always think measure twice, cut once.

i got it from a local fabric store down my road...1.5m x 4.5m meters cost me like 42quid.

Yeah as I never had the balls to do anything like that to my polo haha!

I shall be thinking exactly that, that seems quite reasonable; going to be doing my headlining at the same time which is going to be fun

Also what wind deflectors have you got?
