Dom_VW
Hi there guys,This has been long overdue by me really! Been a proud Lupo owner for just over a year now and have been currently browsing the forums since before i had my car haha just never got round to making an account. Anyways, here is my Lupo! Bought the car late last year for £850 it had covered around 54000 miles and had five owners! and it was in a pretty bad way to be fair but it was good enough to be my first car! The bodywork was not the best, interior was nasty all the seats and drivers footwell were covered in fag burns, head lining had some strange blood/rust looking stain and the speedo didnt work! But all in all it was very local to me which was rare (never any lupos around here ) and i pretty much loved the car as soon as i saw it so yeah haha here is the build thread of my car, a lot has changed over this year but here goes:Apologies as majority of my pictures are taken from my iPhone (mainly instagram) if you have instagram follow me! @dom_vwCar a week or so after owning it completely standardBMX Roadtrip me and a few friends and my mates Polo went on to Wirksworth not long after having my car Who says you cant fit 6 BMX's in a lupo? Bit of a bump! Dom_VW
I like the sound of the replacement borbets going on it?Cheers Craig, and not sure yet mate could be swapping them for a mint set of D90's with new tyres and adapters as the GTI is on eibach springs not coilies so dont want there to be too much arch gap running 15"s haha. Although saying that, i got a phone call of some bloke who lives in my bosses street off my bosses phone saying he has seen my car outside and was wondering if i was interested in some borbet flat caps for my wheels so if the price is right they maybe on the cards haha, dont know how good silver borbets would look on a silver GTI though. How much for the 3L rear bumper?30 quid collected pal
