fitting a nardi steering wheel

Recommended Posts

you'll need a pcd adapter for a momo boss, like this one:

You screw this to the momo boss and then the steering wheel to the adapter.

The resistor should come with the boss, if you're getting a proper momo airbag boss.

It is a 4.7 ohm Resistor.

The tolerance of the Resistor isn't anything to worry about.

It will be colour coded in this order:

  • Yellow
  • Violet
  • Black
  • And either Silver or Gold
  • The last band is the tolerance percentage which isn't an issue

The wattage rating isn't an issue either.

Before doing any of this, remove the negative/positive terminal from your battery.

Step one: Remove original wheel/clockspring

Step two: Plug new resistor into yellow connector

Step three: Tape resistor in for added security

Step four: Put new hub and wheel on

Step five: Smile with joy

If this doesn't work, slap me.
