alecvincent123
Hi, i have Raceland coilovers on my lupo but i have "popped" a shock. i have a feeling all coilovers will have the same shocks?http://www.fk-shop.de/en/Suspension-Tuning/Coilovers-Accessories/Shock-absorber/Replacement-part-damper-fit-for-Coilover-oxid-28.htmlI have found these on the FK site, can anyone confirm that they will fit? Thanks
Cooper_GTI
I don't think FK ones will fit, as they're not the same as the generic raceland/jom/hottuning etc etc.Probably best to buy a pair of new ones. Even my AP's can't be rebuilt, and a replacement unit is over £200. It definitely pays to have some good quality Bilsteins/Avo's etc, as they can be serviced! alecvincent123
I thought thats would be the outcome. It always seems a good idea at the time to buy the cheap ones! Thanks for your reply.
James827
you could always measure up yours and then Email FK nicely and ask-for the dimensions.i swapped some shocks out of a set of TA coil-overs into a set of FK street-lines for my mate, he had both sets of coil overs.the threads on the FK's where better, but if it didn't fit he would ran TAs
