sam bignell
Evening,I have a gentleman asking about the alarm system for the purpose of getting cover on his insurance.Could someone confirm the alarm spec?Is it anything more than just a factory fitted alarm and engine immobiliser? I assume its not thatcham standard?Sam

Defcon5
Where they get the data from I have no idea though. I cant see why the Lupo would be any different than a Golf from the same era?WHy do they even need to know such a specific question?
sam bignell
Most insurance companys ask what the alarm specification is.Can't gauge whether he's young or old, could be a big factor for them Hopefully the car will sell again. This has to be the worst car sale I've ever experienced, not sure if its the Lupo's in general or marketplace but so many time wastes.Lots of calls / emails but the best has to be the first email I got within an hour, £2500! Another rang and said they're not worth anymore than £2510 . . .Enough on price, 100% sure it'll sell on Wednesday Edited June 10, 2012 by sam bignell
