Loudinho
I have got myself some nice BBs Rz's in the obvious 15x7J fitment but now am searching for the perfect tyres in order for them to fit my 1.0l the most common ive seen on this size rim is the 165/50/r15 with a nice bit of stretch but i was wondering if there is much of a downside to this amount of stretch such as the max speeds you can hit??Can anybody who may have this fitment please tell me if it limits your speed?Thankyou. Ashh
The tyres can become unseated at speeds yes - and if you take corners too fast etc. Generally if you have a lot of stretch, you drive like old people ****.manufacturers recommended limits are there for a reason Edited April 22, 2012 by Ashh

Deadmetal
Put 195/45s on, roll the arches and lower the crap out of it.If you're worried about stretch being unsafe the simple solution is to fit proper sized tyres. jamiea7x
id go for 185/45, but only nankang make that size, and alot of folk hate em, in the dry theyre fine, can be hit and miss in th ewet, but if you drive within your means theyre fine,
