Where is the dashboard screwed in

Recommended Posts

ok sorry for all threads ive never worked on arosa and atm im halfway through refitting my dash as it was removed when i purschased the car, the questions i have are where are the screws to secure it in place

i know of one either side of the dash by the door openings , one has been cut off !!!!

in the passenger footwell there is a mounting bracket to screw on which i have done

i think there is one inside the dash under the pass side glove box

any help would be appreciated on how to get it ftted best

Remove the scuttle panel (behind the wipers), there are four bolts which hold it into place trough the bulkhead. There are more below the under dash and there is also a mounting bracket on the drivers side u hadn't mentioned. Behind the steering column there are 2 nuts which need removing too iirc.

looked underneath the scuttle pannel and bolts are still in place so i think they may have ripped it out however i cant see bolts in the car :s ive found the 2 in the centre at the bottom of the console that mount to a metal bracket and i have found the 2 that are at the bottom corners of the dash and the one that is on the left the metal bracket ( im putting the dash back in )
