3lward Posted February 23, 2012 Report Share Posted February 23, 2012 Right i think the microswitch has gone in the passenger side door, the pin bounces when locked from the inside also plugged it into Vagcom and the car thinks the door is open also the interior light doesnt knock off/light buzzer goes as soon as i take my keys out. Anybody had to buy one of these? how much? also is it a nightmare to fit?my drivers side is constantly "Closed" you cant really just change the micro switch as its part of the door lock. i was quoted £90 by lupoboz for a new door lock. you could try cracking open the lock and changing the switch but its riveted together and would be a pain to put back together i imagine.
