RobG
Can't remember which side it is on the lupo, but it's in between the wheel arch liner and the bumper.

lupygav
I had my GTI front bumper off yesterday and can confirm it is between the bumper and arch liner on the near side
robertfleckney
Have you checked the connections on the steering wheel? It is worth checking, and although I feel it is unlikely, they might just be dirty/bent/not making contact etc.
RobG
that'd be the easiest way, take your horn off, splice two cables onto + and - on your battery and see if it makes your ears bleed. Then you'll know if it's the horn or not.
bg02gar
Sorry should have posted , was the headlight washer fuse... Lol how does this stop horn from working ?
Ross Wimhurst
The horn is located in passengers wheel arch under the bumper, bolt is size 10 socket, the connector is usually a bit sticky so give it a bit of a wiggle and it should come free. Horn is readily available on eBay priced at around £4. Hope that this is helpful to you buddy 😁😁
