Personally I'd take that K&N off and put the standard system back on.

Granted you're supplying it with some cold air but you've also got 3/4 of the filter sucking in hot air from the rest of the engine bay.

I know this is quite a old post, however I have fitted finally my BMC, and now i get weird vibration on my pedals. what might be the issue ? thanks

Don't want to crash anything but does anyone think there's a point in running a BMC compared to a standard air box? I know peoples excuse is usually 'standard systems are restrictive' but is there any real gain after spending £100+ on a BMC or is it just for scene points? :P
