Lower strut brace

Not sure if this is the right place to post this,

I purchased a used lower strut brace which arrived today (thanks james)

I am going to make a new one to the same design out of heavier gauge material as its a bit flimsy,

The finsh will either be galvanised or zinc coat as it will be exposed to the elements

I might powder coat for finish

Its probably going to cost me with materials, time and then finsh approx £50 - £70

If anyone wants one or if there is enough interest ill make a few more at the same time.

This is not for profit

Mods if Im breaking any rules please delete

Weight wise, there is nothing in it, going to have a look at using a 25mm x 40mm box section for the main part with the circular hollow section retained for the connection, this will reduce the protrusion under the car by 15mm.

I might even have some stainless steel in this size, going to have a play over the weekend.
