angelo77
Not sure if this is the right place to post this,I purchased a used lower strut brace which arrived today (thanks james)I am going to make a new one to the same design out of heavier gauge material as its a bit flimsy,The finsh will either be galvanised or zinc coat as it will be exposed to the elementsI might powder coat for finishIts probably going to cost me with materials, time and then finsh approx £50 - £70If anyone wants one or if there is enough interest ill make a few more at the same time. This is not for profitMods if Im breaking any rules please deletePictures:Kind RegardsAngelo Edited January 27, 2012 by angelo77

Cooper_GTI
I might go for one, depending on how low it sits when fitted. Also, weight is a factor for me.
angelo77
Weight wise, there is nothing in it, going to have a look at using a 25mm x 40mm box section for the main part with the circular hollow section retained for the connection, this will reduce the protrusion under the car by 15mm.I might even have some stainless steel in this size, going to have a play over the weekend.
