Love the steelies Ash, nice touch ;)

Thanks man!

Well spacers turned up... fitted them with 0 camber to find this...

so camber happened...

still rubbing, so this happened!

the camber is more visible in person... but its enough to stop most scrubbing! so i'm happy!

Also got started on the rest of the boot build, ready for me so i can take more stuff to edition38!

Saw this idea somewhere on the forum and decided it was the best way to go!

Not too sure on the spacers lol you put them on to reduce arch gap but then cambered them now have arch gap again lol also looks like loads of toe on the rear it will eat your tyres dude!

Theres not actually that much arch gap... i got spacers to get rid of the ridiculous tuck, i cambered so the spacers didn't cause issues with rubbing...

And as for the toe in, i'm aware. i'm gunna get it measured in the week and then add/remove washers accordingly to correct it

Hey Ash, you should do a mod thread for your wheelie bins - deck them out in some Herbie livery.... ;)

Oddly when I took that picture I did consider going and closing the boot so my bins were hidden! I may do that though ;)

a few small things have since happened...

The false floor is now carpetted and in... just need to recarpet the boot section so they match.43e8bcca.jpg

I took my lights out and cleaned the holes

And smoothed off the lights themselves, which i love!

Finally got the little covers in that go over the rear drum... and all bolts bar the ones that will replace the lockers at edition.

  • 2 weeks later...

Thanks man! Haha

No updates, other than the car is going standard after edition38 at the end of the month.

Everything will be for sale, false floor(boot and seats), coilovers, g60's with tyres, dash with built in iPod mount, anthracite binnacle cover. And then the car :).
