v-c-s
as title does the lupo gti kit fit straight on to a standard lupo say a 1.0eif not wot are the differences
Big Jase
Front end is interchangeableYou'll needGti wingsSlam panelGrilleLightsBumperRear bumper is interchangeable but you'll need a centre exit exhaust... Which is a pest as you'll have to doctor the spare wheel well (gti has no spare)And the gti has wider rear arches and sideskirts so you'll need to figure something outProbs better buying a gti tbh

Mitchell
the rear bumper will not fit, the front end is not interchangeable as the entire side body, i;e lower front a post/sill/rear quarter is different.
Mitchell
ie, you would need two gti body side's to fit everything
Big Jase
I have seen an arosa with a gti rear bumper? The bumper doesnt sit flush with the arches but it still fits on? Thats why i said arches had to be modded
Blitzerman
ive seen lupos with very ill fitting gti rear bumpers :/ you're better off really not fitting the gti, as you'll look like a tit for a start when one day you'll pull up next to one and he'll in turn, then pull away... Silver!
As Mitch says, rear quarters and side panels ae different, so to get a good fit would be a lot of work.Have a look at the Black Lupo 1.8T (non GTI) http://forums.clublupo.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=19888 , it looks good with standard Lupo panels.Good luck with engine conversion, get a thread started on the build.
