Well guys sorry for the delay but after totting up results I've made a video for you on the base wash routine I use week in week out. All products are named in the description of the video. As you will have guessed, dependant on times of the year and time I have available I will do more to the car. Hopefully this gives you a good insight to my basic car cleaning.

Any future ideas would be great. Also feel free to pm me any questions.

Thanks as always, Joe.

Before viewing this, I remember reading previously that Joe spent about 1.5 hours to clean 2 wheels.........

So I popped out and bought a beanbag and a large bag of popcorn before settling down for the experience. ;)

BTW Joe, great video, but your OCD did not pick up that you mis-spelt "Finished" at 06:38 :paperbag:

Cheers Joti means a lot, and with the wheels I sped up time so you did get to comfy. And sorry I'm one of these dyslexic kids :P

On other news....

I had my release bearing changed today by a pal. Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue so now I will save up and hunt for a box. However every cloud has a silver lining, and whilst the car was in the air I wash polished and wax the under side, here's a poor phone picture:

Great video Joe! Thinking I may have to have a look a some of the Auto Finesse products. Is that one of those A F hog hair detailing brushes you're using?

Thank you. And yes they are. Cracking brushes and well worth the purchase price!

Also I'm not getting an MX-5 as the insure wanted to charge £2100 a year :o soooooo.... I have some small plans for the lupo. A bit more chrome, a bit more leather, and maybe a bit more Starlites ;) going for a concours theme :)

Morning guys, soon I will be posting a genuine new font bumper up for sale. I was just trying to gather some interest. It's a non gti bumper, just the painted section. It's brand new and has been painted or anything. Like I say I shall be posting a full advert in the classified section once I get pictures. I'm looking for £50 collect or can post (no sure on price yet) .
