Samgti85
Hello everybody, just wanted to introduce me and my car here. About 13 months ago I got bored of having to spend money on repairing my own car so decided to buy a new one with a warranty! I decided on a fox due to the obvious benefits of the price, the badge and having a mate who sells VWs. Oh and it's much better to drive than the competition. So the car, it's a 10 plate urban fox in black, I bought the car as pre registered with delivery miles and since owning it, it has covered 37K (that's not a typo, really 37k). Due to the milage I cover, the small engine has been explained haha. So the plans are coilovers, obviously and a set of BBS rx2's. I'm thinking White centres, checkered mirror caps and a White roof. By the way, don't take this p!$$ out of my name too much, it goes back to the days of owning a flash red Polo GTi, I loved that car but then my circumstances changed and £35 a day in fuel sucked and was starting to drag the milage on the car up (I sold it with 56k on the clock). Anyway I'm a tech for BMW and have worked at a few other dealers/manufacturers so feel free to give me a shout if you need a bit of advise! I will try to help where I can.I will upload some pics of both cars when Im not on my phone. Cheers, Sam.

Samgti85
Currently the fox is in the dealers having a gearbox rebuild, think its the input shaft bearings! They have had it 4 days now and still no news. Up to now I've bought the wheels and they are currently being refurbed at work, and hopefully Santa will be bringing my coilovers. Not much has happened though, been too busy playing with other peoples cars. Just seen your car, looks good, how much have you lowered it?
