Elz8462
My old mk4 fiesta got to 110k and still ran perfect and on the same gearbox from new but the bodywork well & truly had it ha! I'd like to get my rosa over 100k, at about 59k so far so still ages to go.The most i've ever seen was when I was in the garage, a taxi driver had a mondeo in that was nearing 300k. 205xld
A bit off topic but my 205 XLD which I have owned from new has clocked over 500000 miles. I have just purchased a 2003 Lupo SDI. Edited August 17, 2014 by 205xld

Nathan94
My mum's 2004 bug is an 201k and only just had a clutch. Never had an issue with it and it's been well and truly abused. If I ever get a diesel, a PD engine will the way to got, they're bomb proof. Dblock
Some of them are.I'd say tdi's are reliable for the most part bar wear and tear which I include as clutch and turbo. Sdi's are the cheapest bomb proofiest diesels out there. Yes they are tractorish and slow but they go forever!
