Defcon5
Not a lot of clearance between arch and tyre there - the suspension must have zero travel! What are those things joining the front quarter panels and the bumper?

Defcon5
No I mean those thin things right next to the headlight, they look like hydraulic risers or something.
Newnesie
No I mean those thin things right next to the headlight, they look like hydraulic risers or something.just some sort of clips connecting the bumper and front wing
Thooooom
alot of race cars and track cars have the bumpers attached by exterior hooks. being a drag car, i bet the front bumper comes off at the end of each run, for cooling purposes + others. its just as easy way to get the bumper on and off. like a quick release. Philplop
The arches are just plastic, so it probably doesn't matter if it rubs a bit. I guess the bumper clips are to hold the bumper in place maybe due to the arches being cut off, losing a fixing clip?It wasn't built as a drag car, that's just to increase the eBay search results I think. There's a big build thread on Edition38. Built by Stanton and nicknamed 'Zombie'.
RobG
Hmm, is it wrong that i quite like those wheels?
Newnesie
Nope, I think they look good on Mk4's, I know someone with a black MK4 with them on sitting very nicely!
