For sale is my 2008 (58) BMW Mini Cooper.

I have owned the vehicle from new.

It is a regrettable sale, however, i am looking to purchase my first house.

The vehicle has impeccably low mileage for its age at under 11,000 miles.

The road tax is not due until September '11.

The MOT will be due at the same time, when the vehicle is 3 years old.

One free service will also be included in the sale of the vehicle.

The vehicle also has 'Protect and Care' to aide in the protection of the paintwork.

The vehicle has recently had two brand new Pirelli tyres fitted, the other tyres have good tread.

The vehicles interior is immaculate.

As with all vehicles, there are a few bad points.

This vehicle has just one bad point:

There is a small dent on the n/s rear of the vehicle, under the rear light.
