SamAtkinson
I watched a video of a guy on youtube from america attacking his wire wheels with a little bit of soapy water and this cone sponge on the end of a drill, work pretty well. Dec
I aggree with the bilberry but I find the best way to get it off is to avoid ot getting on I.e. Clay them get them up to ure standard and then seal then withsome rim wax. Then any fresh dust just washes off with a simple wipe over
Mr Moley
Bilberry or autosmart G101 to about 8:1 ratio. Wipe them over and seal them with some poorboys wheel sealant!

Mr Moley
Nope pretty good tbh. Agitate it with a detailing brush and rinse off.

Mafyou
Its a reasonably strong alkaline (ph of about 11 IIRC)So does that mean its ok to use on polished rims or not?
Defcon5
So does that mean its ok to use on polished rims or not? I have no idea, I spent my college days taking drugs.Someone else may know though! It doesnt have any warnings on the bottle (like wonder wheels does) so I would guess it will be ok. - dilute it down and dont leave it on too long
Mafyou
Bilberry should'nt be used on polished wheels....http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=385441
