Front Brake Disc and Pad Change

Recommended Posts

Is it on aftermarket wheels? If so it will be a spigot ringit will come straight off. They get covered in crap so look like the are part of the hub - made that mistake before!

Belt the back of the disc with a weighty hammer!

If that doesnt work, hit it harder.

If that doesnt work, use both hands.

If that doesnt work, use a bigger hammer.

If that doesnt work, use the bigger hammer with both hands.

If that doesnt work, heat it up with oxyacetalyne and repeat the above steps. :coffee:

Ive never had aftermarket wheels on my cars in the past and with the spigot ring not moving at all i didnt want to risk it being anything important, its better to check it out than having something expensive go wrong is it not?
