Quite seized, but I managed to loosen off the lower locking ring on one of the fronts without much bother, and the rear adjusters move freely. The front height was spot on on 19" Bentleys, so you probably won't want to adjust them anyway!Think there's a plastic washer or two missing, but they don't seem important, so I wouldn't worry about them. £100 collected from Hartlepool in the North East.
