RossB
Lol. I bet there are plenty of BMW drivers out there that don't know they're RWD!
Philplop
That picture's been doing the round for a week or so now.
Pete
Ok, I don't really know how these work but wouldn't this help him when it comes to steering? I mean I know he should have a set for his driven axle too but maybe he thinks that steering is more important!
Newnesie
don't mean to seem like bit of an a** or anything but as Philplop said that photo has been round the net for days, so i doubt your friend spotted it! Still funny none the less

IDGM
Do we know the story behind this picture?I fitted the snows to the front of Mrs M's car and left the normal ones on for a week because I couldn't get the rears off. Maybe the owner has nipped in for a slash before returning to complete the fitting/removal of the chains. Either way, the owner is better prepared than most of us and should be congratulated. It could be that they're gormless though.

Stupid woman who doesn't realise her 1 series is RWD, leaves it in gear to push it from behind and it drives into a house... It'd be funny if it wasn't so dim witted... IDGM
Or do like what we did, nip to the dealers and 'express interest' in a 1 Coupé M. Seems better long term value than the RS3.
JoeA
I heard some insurers have been saying snow tyres are mods!
treblet
ok so explain this...The most amusing part about this picture isn't that the retard has put their snow socks on the wrong axle, it's that they felt they needed them on that BLACK TREATED ROAD!
