tttttada Posted November 24, 2010 Report Share Posted November 24, 2010 I've been racing my Lupo GTI for a couple years now, and I am ready to enter a class with different regulations.This class allows ITB's and I'd like to prepare and start collecting parts before the season starts (February or March, the schedule is not out yet)What I have now is a mild set of Schrick cams, BMC intake, ported/polished head, Raceland headers, sport cat and a custom exhaust.I put it on a dyno and it yielded 124whp, about a 22whp increase from stock. Not bad, but certainly not enough.I'd like to yield the most power out of this block, preferably in the 150-160whp range(turbo/supercharger is not allowed)Now, I've read Tigz' and LINCOLNSHIRESLUPOGTI's build thread.There is a boatload of information in there, and I learned alot.What I'd like to ask is (well, everything really, but I have to start with a donor car first)Which 1.4L/1.6L head should I use?
