Do a quick image search and you'll see what I mean. The way I get them is to download the zip file with all the theme bits and ssh it to the phone, basically transfer files to the iPhone over your wifi or via the cable using a program on iphonefolders.comWww.tipb.com has a really informative forum for theming and jailbreak subjects.
