As some of you might know the Polo pooped itself on the way back from UDubs, so off it went to to get fixed a few weeks ago...

I was keeping my fingers crossed it wasn't anything to do with the gearbox, but it's a Polo GTi so who was I kidding....The diagnosis is.... broken diff, 5th gear and release bearing :lol: . It's taken a while getting it fixed with all the bank holiday's, but I'll have it back this week :D

I spent a day over the weekend cleaning the RF's and as I haven't got any proper pics of them yet since they've been polished I thought I'd get some while they're clean ;)

Good move on the hoses in the engine bay, Rob's done that to his Lupo and I will be doing that to mine at some point, looks so much smarter :)

Thanks Emz :) I've had the hoses for ages, I just got myself some shiny clips which make it look much better B)

Got the wheels back on the car with some more lows. Looking at the pics now it still looks high  but it's sitting a lot better than it was anyway, and lower :)

It'll be going lower once the front arches can get rolled and I can get some shims on the back, but it'll do for now ;)

Just soom poopty driveway pics for the minute

Do you have the centre caps? The car is amazing, but the loss of centre caps kind of tarnishes the whole stunning look of it.

Yeah I have the centre caps ;)

I just don't run them everyday as they're too easy to pinch and are known for flying off

Thanks for the nice comment too :)

We did get attacked by a very angry bird while swapping the plates over on the Polo afterwards though which wasn't so fun! :(
