I remarked "if you can't pop the bonnet of the van you should not be driving it"This was a mistake. 3 women just shouted and screamed at me. In the end I had to do it, or we all receive a bollocking. Every time she makes a mistake or can't hack the pressure, she blames it on her Menopause.TBF, Most women do get paid the same as a Man in the same job who is equally capeable of doing said job.Like when I worked back at helfrauds. when I started, I was paid less than one of my female colleagues who'd been there a year more than me. The annoying part was that I was worth more than her in the workplace. Simple - I could do more jobs than her, I didn't shrug my shoulders when a question involved something technical, and I never once used my 'Daintyness' as an excuse not to lift a bike box down from a 15 foot high shelf whilst straddling a ladder!
