Some people will say, theres no definitive definition or that it even exists. Thats bullcrap. You have to be able to define one style from another.

So how would you describe each style.

For me, Euro is always:

.Smooth

.Low Low

.Wide Wheels

.Deep Dish

.Stance

OEM+, which confuses me, as I dont really know! Its looks from what OEM+r's do:

.Stock parts

.BBS Wheels

.Tadge bit lower

Wandered what everyone else thought about defining a style.

OEM+ = A car modified using manafacturer parts to a give a higher spec.

Take a Lupo, add some Golf Recaro's, sharkfin aerial, Mk5 boot handle etc.... Very simple.

Lowered.. Maybe, but not slammed.

Euro'd... Can mean what ever you want, Some people think it means banded steelies, some think it means large alloys, slammed on the deck, tints??

From the Lupo's I've seen in Germany, Netherlands etc, it means polished and chrommed everything, leathers, and large alloys.

to be honest Andi, that's not really chav, it's not the 'done thing' but it's well executed, and generally, a 1.8T Lupo is far from chavvy.

Must try harder on the chav-ness :P

I'm thinking 3 spokes with MASSIVE brakes behind them?

Stance is everything.

It's all about transforming matter into life/

When most cars come from the factory/(with the acception of BMW/Porsche/Exotic marks and the Clio R72)

/It looks like this..

What you want to create is a powerful sense of road presence/

You want your car to look as if it is about to pounce and rip something to shreds.

Poke adds 'stockyness' to the stance.

Old school watercooled..

If a Staffy is the animal kingdom definition of 'stance', then it's Chav because Staffies are the Chav dog of choice; they're 'hard'.

Why not stop trying to give everything a tag or a name and just do what we want with our cars without worrying what group we will fall into..

Thats what Emos say. And they're still catagorised as Emos after their opinion.

Love that you put worrying in there lol! Its just a scene, there are scenes. I am not worrying, fretting in the corner of my room shaking! lol

When you describe cars to people you say, "it was a chavved up Micra with...", so to start, you have the impression of what its going to look like.

You say, "I saw this awesome Euro'd...." etcetc!

If you want to be your own "style" so be it, but thats quite free minded thinking, when everything ever done or made has a style in mind or trend setting.
